Place was perfectly located for going to White Hart Lane for a concert Bus stop right outside and owner does provide a sheet or info of how to get places Its located within 10 minutes of the m25 so no heavy traffic issues and very easy to find Loads of free on street parking Room was huge , lovely big bed The owner Andy is fantastic and so friendly , always having the kettle on the boil ! Only very minor downside for some would be lack of ensuite ( there is one available and I'll book that next time ) Would I stay again , to be honest I wish the wife had come down with me and would've stayed there another 4 nights Can't recommend the place enough And its a bargain price for London !!! It was very clean, the host was very welcoming and helpful with directions/public transport. Comfortable bed, clean towels, some toiletries available. Very good value for money as we just needed somewhere to stay for a night for a concert, especially for London.

We were welcomed at the door, and shown to our room, although we arrived a little while prior to the listed check-in time. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were able to safely park on a service road (not a a main through street) directly in front of the house, and could see our car from the window of the room. With the windows closed, it was quite quiet in the room. The windows were of good quality and were effectively sound blocking. We slept well. The ensuite bathroom was small, but beautifully finished, and the shower was hot with more than adequate pressure. Toiletries were provided. We had a food item that needed to be refrigerated. While there was no refrigerator in the room, the host kindly stored this in the main refrigerator until we were ready to leave. This is a little sanctuary that we wish we had found years ago, and will be using from now on when we are in the area. It is well located between two public transportation stations, and in a an area with a high density of shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

A good location for public transport. With good links to central London. Nice house, lovely decor, beautiful bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. My room overlooked an attractive back garden. Although it is near the main road, there are trees that absorb the traffic noise so it was nice and quiet. Shops and cafes and restaurants nearby De Bohun Park is across the road. Trent Country Park is within walking distance, or you could take the bus.

We were met on arrival, given a lovely reception by the staff and a very nice cup of coffee. We were then shown our room, which was very clean and looked very nice (we were upgraded to a bigger room). The staff explained everything to us and later on we met the owner, he was very welcoming and friendly and he made us feel at ease and very comfortable. The location was perfect, very close to tube stations to get us in and out of London. We were given a key so we could come and go as we pleased. It was an amazing experience and we will be definitely using this place again.
